For the last couple of
Feast, the children have had a ball with this project that another
adult does with them. I know the children look forward to making
these every year.
This is also a great craft to do with the Ruth Project because it shows
how friendships can last, as with Ruth and Naomi.
Supplies
Needed:
1.) Card Stock cut into
about 4" x 6" pieces, or 4" x 6" index cards (Blank
or with lines) 2.) Markers, Pens, Map
Pencils, Crayons, Stickers, stencils, ink and stamps, or any of the
combination. 3.) Addresses of friends
and family 4.) Postage stamps
Instructions:
First, write out your note on one
side of the card. Write your addresss and the person
whom the card is going to on the other side. Now you can take flip your card
over, and using the supplies (in #2 above) you can now decorate the
card before mailing. Send these cards to all your
family and friends to send them a good Feast time, and to keep in touch
with new friends that you met at the feast.
